What we collect
Your email address for login, your business details (name, website, address, phone) to run scans, and billing information handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number. We also collect the public information our scans gather: your website content, public listings, and AI platform responses about your business.
How we use it
To compute your BeFound Score, build your roadmap, generate content you request, and send you the reports you sign up for. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers we need to run the product: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), and the AI and search providers we query on your behalf. Each receives only what it needs.
Your choices
You can export or delete your account data at any time by writing to hello@befound.dev. Deleting your account removes your businesses, scans, and generated content within 30 days.
