The service
BeFound measures how visible your business is to AI assistants and helps you improve it. Scores are estimates built from sampled AI responses and public data. They change as AI platforms change, and we do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention rate, or business outcome.
Your account
You must provide accurate business information and only scan businesses you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
No scanning businesses you do not represent, no reselling scan data without a written agreement, and no using the service to publish misleading content about competitors.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to you before they take effect. Questions: hello@befound.dev.
